A public-safe view into the E-Luminate / GHX Fields / Cropwise ecosystem work for Syngenta, a Global Fortune 500 agribusiness. The engagement combined enterprise platform architecture, cloud modernization, global integrations, product delivery, observability, and production AI.

The business problem

Commercial agriculture platforms carry regional complexity.

Recommendation and sales systems had to account for agronomic data, weather and environmental context, product catalogs, territory rules, discounts, sales hierarchies, branded outputs, and different regional operating models. A one-off app was not enough. The durable value was in platform abstractions that could reduce repeated work while still respecting local market differences.
